Mr. Bruno Oaikhinan is a graduate
of Economics from Edo State University, Ekpoma. He is also a graduate of
Integrated Brand Experience from Orange Academy an Affiliate of Cool Brand
House, Amsterdam. He worked in the financial institutions for over 10 years
before starting out a business. He is married with two kids.

Some people think Bruno is a
dog's name and I was almost believing them and starting acting like a dog until
I found out that the opposite of a dog is a god. I'm a god born of God
Almighty. So I'm a god, what a good thing to know that you are a god. My brand
is founded on this revelations. A good god, transform lives and provides a
convenient platform for people to maximise potentials and be satisfied. That's

You turned 49 recently,Can you tell us a
bit about the journey of your life, business. Adventure,and
family, from your first interview as entreprunuer “fresh out of bank when bbeing a banker was still the in thing.
And telling people i run a beauty palor was not in vogue?
When I came out of the bank, I
was referred to as a banker turned hairstylist. That really laughed me out but
today I'm a successful entrepreneur transforming lives and giving hope to our
community. Soon we are going global.
What was the motivation for the standard your built in to brunos place?
The motivation was to add value
to people while giving glory to God.
How did you manage to scale up
I packaged myself and my brand
and we are very strategic, intentional, passionate and expressive
what is your advice for people who want to
build a lasting brand but are still strugging at the slippery stage.
Let them have a purpose tied to
their business or brand or whatever they are doing. Values are carved out from
purpose. Purpose is what you believe and stand for.
As enterprenuer and a brand
specialist who has been through all the stages and how will you advice upcoming

what was the motive, innovation
behind your current venture , trainning young pre-university set
There is a difference between
schooling and education. Not everyone has the opportunity or wherewithal to go
to school but while waiting for the opportunity
they can learn one or two skills to keep them busy. The good thing is
that if you are educated on a particular skill like hairstyling, it can send
you to school later. You can use your skills to make money while schooling. We
have received many testimonies from students we have trained so far.
how do you see nigeria in another five
years as an enterprenuer and a brand strategist in terms of our positionning
and our value in the world at large.
Nigeria is a very expensive place
to do business or build a Brand but if you are successful in Nigeria, I
guarantee you will be successful anywhere in the world.
Nigeria is a growing economy, we
have the population but upcoming business needs the support of banks,
government, NGOs and also the people to patronize and appreciate our own. We
are lacking in these areas in Nigeria. We are praying for a better government
who is business minded, interested in transforming lives and also interested in
what the international thinks of us
IMF currently said our foreign reserve is
depleting what do you think is the implication of this on the economy for
enterprenuers
Nigeria are mainly an import
economy. The Nigeria government should encourage and support businesses that
can be exported. That's the only way we can generate foreign currencies and
increase our foreign reserve
What should we look out for from the bruno
brands the ember months are here?
Every business has a special
season or peak periods. The ember months are our peak. We have over 100 staff
to take care of customers who would be patronizing us this period. We have a
lot of discounts and gifts for them.
What do you think is more important, the
content or the package and why?
The content is more important.
Without content what are you packaging? The content is the offering while
packaging is the story behind the offering. They compliment each other
How do you
detrmine the brand value of a product or service ?
It is how much COMMITTMENT,
SACRIFICES and PASSION willingly
invested in building and sustaining the brand that plus the grace, mercy
and favour of God that determines the
brand value.
